I was on an episode of the equalizer, can't remember the date. It was really crappy; an episode called "Mama's Boy".
Adam Horowitz from the Beastie Boys stars. I play a preppy drug dealer who od's in a phone booth. I hated doing it so much that I got a haircut in the middle of what was supposed to be one scene in time. Yeah, of course it did. The bottom line is that when I did Lost Boys I was between my junior and senior year of NYU film school and I was totally broke. I was living in a total shithole squat type place in the East Village. I booked that role and suddenly I was living this extremely cushy existence in LA and eating everyday, which was amazing. I honestly can't remember. We (Keanu and I) were so involved in both those but I didn't tell the director what to do. It was his film and the writers wrote it. I didn't kind of cross those lines. But we had a lot of story meetings where we all discussed how we wanted it to look and feel and all that kind of stuff. Our input was very important on the second one. -Alex Winter ( Source )
